This agreement is not transferable. Agreement terms are only for contracted dates.
Your signed Contract, COI, ST-19, and vendor fee due by September 1st, 2025.
If you have any hired help/labor or contracted labor to work in your booth, you will also be required to have Workers’ Compensation coverage.
OUTDOOR SPACE PRICING:
Food Vendor: $500 per vendor booth/stand (includes electric)
Non Food Vendor: $300 per vendor booth/stand (includes electric)

MN DEPT OF REVENUE ST-19 SALES TAX FORM:
• All vendors must submit Minnesota Department of Revenue ST-19 form (Operator Certificate of Compliance) with exhibitor space rental agreement and proof of MN Tax ID.
• Form is required to be submitted whether or not you are making any sales or are a non-profit.
• No exhibitor will be allowed to set up without supplying a properly completed and signed ST-19 form.
Parking/Vehicle Traffic/Deliveries:
There is no reserved parking. No parking is allowed behind any of the buildings or in the gates. All deliveries by car/truck must be completed by 10am each day.
No Vehicle traffic allowed in the gates between 10am - 7pm during the event.
Set Up Times:
Check in at Office prior to set up
Thursday: Oct 2nd 9am - 7pm
Friday: Oct 3rd 8am - 10am - Ready to open at 11am
*All booths must be set up and ready to open in your assigned space by 10am on Friday, Oct 3rd. All vendors must be open and manned from 11am - 7pm, Oct 3rd-5th, 2025.
Required Vendor Hours:
Dates are Oct 3rd - 5th 11am - 7pm at Anoka County Fairgrounds.
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THE ENTIRE EVENT AND BE OPEN ALL HOURS OF THE EVENT.
Vendor Tickets:
Admission Tickets are required for entry. With your booth fee you will be given 2 three day passes to The Fall Festival. Additional vendor tickets can be purchased for $6 each.
Tear Down Times:
Sunday, Oct 5th after 7pm
Early dismantling of your booth will result in a $200 fee - Or banned from future events.
For safety, no vehicle traffic is allowed on the fairgrounds until announced by authorized staff (This should be around 7pm/8pm depending on patron traffic).
If you want to load in and out each night, you will need to be in and placed 1 hour before open and stay until after close.
Insurance (COI):
• A copy of your INSURANCE COVERAGE of $2 million (Certificate of Accord) is required by Sept 1, 2025.
• Anoka County Fair AND Anoka County be named as Certificate Holder.
• List only Company affording covering on Exhibitor / Vendor Space Application/Contract.
• If you have hired help/labor working in your booth space, you are required to have Workers’ Compensation Coverage.
• The Fair can offer liability coverage (no workers compensation) at a cost of $100 for $2 million coverage from an independent insurance source. Make check payable to Anoka County Fair by September 1st, 2025.
Products/Merchandise Display:
All products and services for sale must be included on the contract and approved by the Anoka County Fair Board. A written request must be submitted to the Fair Board prior to sending in the contract with approval by the Fair Board before any changes can occur.
Merchandise, displays, and signage will not be allowed to extend beyond the front edge of your area nor may it obstruct the normal view of any other exhibitor or disrupt the normal flow of traffic.
Prohibited Items for Sale or Display:
The following items are prohibited for sale or display on the Anoka County Fairgrounds during the event:
• Butterfly knives, switchblades, throwing stars, num-chucks, handcuffs, whips, fireworks, snaps, guns of any kind that fire any kind of projectile, chains and /or any kind of martial arts weapons, leather bands and / or gloves with any metal attached, including any foam, rubber, or plastic versions of the above items, stun-guns, aerosol cans that squirt or project any repellent, laser lights/pointers displays, pictures/drawings/clothing or any articles that contain nudity or offensive language of any nature toward any ethnic group, employees, and the general public attending the Fair.
All exhibitor workers will conduct their business in their assigned booth only. Solicitations outside your booth area including printed materials handed out are not permitted on the fairgrounds or parking lot.
The above rules are in addition to any rules and regulations found on the back of the space and electrical contracts. The Anoka County Fair Board reserves the right to reassign space locations without notice if it is in the best interest of the Fair. If you have any questions, please call the Fair office or Fair Manager Michaela Liebl. If the above mentioned rules are not followed, the Anoka County Fair reserves the right to ask vendor to leave fairgrounds and not offer space to vendor in the future.
